Loaded Nachos

Ingredients

  • 1 Bag Tortilla Chips
  • 1 Lb Ground Beef
  • 2 Medium Tomatoes, diced
  • 1 Small onions, diced
  • 1/2 Cup Cilantro, chopped
  • 2 Cups Cheddar cheese, grated
  • Pickled Jalapenos Optional, as needed
  • 1/2 Cup Sour Cream

Taco Seasoning

  • 1 1/2 Tsps Chili Powder
  • 1/8 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/8 Tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/8 Tsp Chilli Flakes
  • 1/8 Tsp Oregano
  • 1/4 Tsp Paprika
  • 1/4 Tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Heat a skillet and add your ground beef and the taco seasoning, cook for about 7 to 8 minutes. Use your spoon to break the meat into small pieces and drain any excess fat. 
  • Line your baking tray with foil and spread tortilla chips to cover the tray, you can layer some chips over each other. Then using a spoon spread the taco meat all over and then follow with the cheese. Bake in the oven for 6 minutes or till the cheese is melted. 
  • Then top with the pickled jalapenos, tomatoes, onions, cilantro and sour cream. Serve immediately.
