Loaded Nachos

Ingredients

  • 1 Bag Tortilla Chips
  • 1 Lb Ground Beef
  • 2 Medium Tomatoes, diced
  • 1 Small onions, diced
  • 1/2 Cup Cilantro, chopped
  • 2 Cups Cheddar cheese, grated
  • Pickled Jalapenos Optional, as needed
  • 1/2 Cup Sour Cream

Taco Seasoning

  • 1 1/2 Tsps Chili Powder
  • 1/8 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/8 Tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/8 Tsp Chilli Flakes
  • 1/8 Tsp Oregano
  • 1/4 Tsp Paprika
  • 1/4 Tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Heat a skillet and add your ground beef and the taco seasoning, cook for about 7 to 8 minutes. Use your spoon to break the meat into small pieces and drain any excess fat. 

  2. Line your baking tray with foil and spread tortilla chips to cover the tray, you can layer some chips over each other. Then using a spoon spread the taco meat all over and then follow with the cheese. Bake in the oven for 6 minutes or till the cheese is melted. 

  3. Then top with the pickled jalapenos, tomatoes, onions, cilantro and sour cream. Serve immediately.
