Blueberry Banana Green Smoothie

  • 3/4 cup Milk/ Almond or Soy Milk
  • 1 cup Baby Spinach
  • 1 Medium Frozen Banana
  • 1 cup Frozen Blueberries
  • 1 Tsp Honey/agave nectar/maple syrup Optional


  1. Blend all these ingredients well. You may need to stop and use a spoon to push the fruits down to blend well. If you find that it is too thick add another splash of milk. Serve cold.
