Strawberry Smoothie Bowl

  • Cup Frozen Strawberries
  • Frozen Banana
  • 1 Tsp Honey/ Maple syrup/ Agave syrup or to taste
  • 3/4 Cup Milk/ Almond milk/ Soy milk


  1. Add all the ingredients and blend well. You may need to stop and use a spoon in between to push the fruits down in between. Add more liquid if you find it too thick, a splash at a time. Then pour into a bowl and top with your favorite toppings.

  2. Ideas for smoothie toppings:

    Fresh Bananas/ Strawberries/ blueberries/ Raspberries

    Pumpkin Seeds

    Coconut Chips

    Slivered Almonds

    Sunflower Seeds

    Carob/dark chocolate chips
